A RDS consultant is available to be hired as a Temporary Operations Manager (TOM) to assist with the setup of the restaurant until the clients hired their own OM.

- Professional Food License Consultant Training Course
- Certification in Food Hygiene for Hygiene Supervisor
- Certification in Food Hygiene for Hygiene Manager
- Chartered Institute of Environment Health (CIEH)
As an Operations Manager, TOM is responsible for the following:
- Oversee the restaurant site construction
- Set up of the office operations
- Handle restaurant license application
- Sourcing and purchasing of restaurant equipment and utensils
- Staff recruitment
- And other related restaurant opening tasks
